All you have to do is, Be.
What if there are only a few things we need to do in order to be serene? A few things we need to know?
And what if all of those things are all about us on the inside?

Where can it be found you ask?
Between thoughts, between worries. In the vision of a flower, the smell of a garden.
Next time you are feeling anxious or blue, become aware of what you are thinking about and then pause to experience the silence between the thoughts. In that silence is your peace. In that peace is your joy – and it comes sometimes even in the midst of great struggle or sadness..
A quiet happiness. A feeling of peaceful contentment.
And all you have to do is Be.
Be the peace as that is who and what you are.
