Guest: Donna Wolfe, Vocational Sober Coach

Vocational Sober Coach since 2010,  Donna Wolfe, has participated in the successful re-entering into the workplace of more than 200 clients.

A graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst, and with degrees from University of Miami, Donna brings years of mentorship (in her 20-year business of Corporate Event expert) at Brandeis, Bentley University and The University of New Hampshire, to the client. Her speaking topics of “Time Management”, “Grace Under Pressure” and “Courage in the Workplace” have exposed thousands of executives to the tenets of the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. She sits on the both the Board of Directors of Granada House in Allston, MA, where she moderates a group in Relapse Prevention, as well as on the Board of Professional Conference Managers Association.

Polishing the client’s interpersonal skills, collaborating in preparing realistic resumes, addressing fears and barriers to success by studying and promoting sources of self-worth, Donna encourages “personal public relations” to the newly-transitioning client. Unique to Donna Wolfe’s methodology is the system of Sober Success System, which includes: Introducing the client to a select number of men and women who are successful, not only in sobriety, but in the chosen field to which the client aspires.

Securing informational interviews and the mentoring possibilities which provide the client with positive role models/mentors in their selected field.

With a growing file of over 500 Sober Successes from which to choose, from fields representing a wide variety of professions, ranging from financiers to scientists to song-writers, Donna oversees and carefully manages an individually-tailored process to insure optimum benefits.

“The most rewarding element in my position of Vocational Coach”, says Donna, “is creating a fertile environment in which the client recognizes his worth, and takes action to nurture and pursue his goals, ultimately enriching his spiritual pursuit of sobriety.“
