Ira Progoff (the inspiration for the Journal Your Way to BALM Recovery workshops), called this work "private growth in a community setting." Your Weekly Call List contains links to the Zoom registration for all classes and calls. 

Here are some important tips: 

 

  • Find your email asap so you can make sure you have it readily available.
  • Register for any classes you plan to attend that week. 
  • Log in early to allow time for adjustments or technical issues.  
  • To use your phone or tablet you will have to download the zoom app, “ZOOM Cloud Meetings”, from your app store.  
  • Most classes will have both video and audio access.

Audio – Next to your video prompt you will see a microphone icon, which means your audio is already turned on. Simply click to mute or unmute yourself. If it says “enable audio” you will need to click and then you should have your microphone icon.  

Other features:  

  • “Participants” – Click here to pull up the dashboard to see the attendees.  
  • “Raise Your Hand” – this feature is also in your dashboard.
  • “Chat Box” – Also in your dashboard or “chat” on your lower tool bar.
