Mark Rosman has been an award-winning writer, director and producer for over thirty years and is well known for his classic family entertainment. Mark directed the Warner Bros. hit feature A Cinderella Story starring Hilary Duff, Regina King, and Jennifer Coolidge, and followed that up with The Perfect Man for Universal, also starring Duff, Heather Locklear, and Chris Noth. He wrote and directed one of the most popular Disney Channel movies, Life-Size, starring Tyra Banks and Lindsay Lohan, as well as directing two of the most watched tween cable TV series, Even Stevens and Lizzie McGuire. Mark’s other TV series work includes Ghost Whisper for CBS, and Greek, and he has written and directed countless TV movies for ABC, TBS, ABC Family, Lifetime, and The Hallmark Channel. He is currently prepping to direct a powerful indie drama about the family’s role in addiction recovery he also wrote called Keep Coming Back. Mark has taught directing and film production for over 20 years at Columbia College Hollywood, USC, and is currently at UCLA. His filmmaking textbook was recently published by Routledge/Focal Press called “Shooting the Scene: The Art and Craft of Coverage for Directors and Filmmakers.”
